Air Con Regas & Servicing

aircon

Your air conditioning is useful not only in the summer but in the winter too. With the cool air keeping you comfortable in the summer, but also de-misting windows in wet weather. Therefore, keeping your air conditioning system working is important throughout the year.

Getting your air conditioning serviced

Typically it is recommended that your air conditioning is serviced every 2 years, as the system may leak the refrigerant gas. This gas is required to keep it running smoothly; saving you fuel costs and keeping it working efficiently.

Getting a regular air conditioning check-up

Our air conditioning leak test and regas consists of checking the system for any leaks prior to replacing any lost gas. If leaks or blockages are found, we may need to remove the gas from the system to identify and resolve the problem.

Any additional work required is always discussed with you and a quote given before being carried out.

Tracking & Alignment

tracking

Wheel alignment, or tracking, is the process of ensuring your vehicle’s wheels are set to the optimum position, as per the car manufacturer’s specifications. Incorrect alignment can result in rapid irregular tyre wear and can even affect the handling and safety of the vehicle.

It is important to get your wheel alignment checked annually to ensure you get the most out of your tyres. Wheel alignment problems can be caused by hitting a kerb, driving on uneven road surfaces or by excessive wear to steering or suspension components.

If you notice premature wear on the inside or outside shoulder, this could be a sign of incorrect alignment.

All vehicles undergo a steering check before tracking and alignment to ensure no additional parts are causing tracking and alignment issues.
